OUR STORY

MDHQ is the backbone of New Zealand's biggest marine retail super store. This partnership began in 2010 when the NZ company decided to outsource most of it's backend website activities.

Enter Shaynie and Amzy. By pure coincidence, they're both from the same part of the Philippines - Davao. Shaynie takes charge of adding products to the webste and Amzy deals with processing orders. As the e-Commerce business continued to grow, the Directors start to realise that fate has provided them with 2 very capable and dedicated team members and decide to make a permanent commitment to the Philippines and hire more competent and like minded individuals.

Now with over 40,000 products on the website, the team in Davao have grown exponentially catering to various roles such as Product Listing, Graphics Design, Purchasing, Product Pricing and Customer Care. The present team now enjoys working in a laid back environment (with a POOL!) with fun and awesome Bosses and colleagues that treat each other like family. There's still a long way to go with MDHQ and we're always looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our family.
