Customer Care
We’ve got a role for a customer service pro who works hard to improve their skills and makes their customers happy.
Your main responsibility will be working one-on-one with our customers through emails, chats and phones and assist them with their orders or their shiny new toys (our marine gear!)
WHAT we're looking for?

With previous customer support experience
Loves working one-on-one with customers
Possesses rare people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles (some "special" customer require rare people skills)
Empathy is your middle name (perhaps literally)
Able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time

Do you have experience in pricing products? You may be what we need!
WHAT will you be doing?
Your role is to decide the pricing of our products! (oooh very important!) You’ll evaluate our products, research the market, and use our tools to competitively set prices to sell AND make a profit.
​
YOU must be:
Comfortable working with numbers (You don't need to be a math genius but you must at least have good basic mental arithmetic skills)
Analytical. We're looking for an independent critical thinker (no robots!)
A google jedi-master and able to find *anything* on google (omg where did you find that!)
Excel-savvy (ok, you don’t quite need to be at the Macro level but you’re no excel virgin either)
Naturally careful and slightly OCD (yeah we welcome all types) and pay exceptional attention to detail
If you ALSO possess some of these attributes you may have an advantage over other candidates:
Previous sales, retail or e-Commerce experience
Graduate of any Business Course (we want you to have some of that business acumen stuff)

We offer full-training so if you have the raw talent we’ll take you from a padawan to a fully-fledged pricing jedi-master. Caution though - this is not for the faint-hearted - our senior pricers have taken more than 2 years to reach their skill level. Only those serious about building their careers should apply!
Purchasing Officer

If selected, you will be responsible for re-ordering products from suppliers for our eCommerce website customers. The successful applicant will receive full training however previous exposure to eCommerce would be highly beneficial.
Data Analyst / BI Analyst / SQL DBA
We're looking for an Excel geek and, have a working knowledge of SQL.
​You'll use your Excel knowledge to format and organise data for uploading to our eCommerce platform.
And, you'll harness your SQL skills to leverage our Business Intelligence tool called Metabase to produce reports.

WHAT we're looking for:
Highly organised and efficient
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
Copywriter
We have thousands of products in our system that needs QA and copywriting touch-ups. We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who can help us with this.
Your role will include copywriting descriptions for new products on our ecommerce site. This will require the use of PERFECT English - spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Your ability to research product information via the Internet and, articulate an effective and compelling product description is essential.
